Getting Started

Our first meeting ($325) is a deep dive, and will last about two hours. This usually includes:

  • Discussion about your health history and goals, and explanation of Chinese medicine principles.

  • Pulse diagnosis and tactile examination.

  • Treatment involving acupuncture, bodywork, Reiki, cupping, or other appropriate modalities.

  • A brief Tarot reading to direct our work together.

  • Herbal and/or supplement recommendations.

  • Treatment plan and/or referrals.

Follow-Up Sessions

Unlike many acupuncturists, I don't make treatment plans for my patients. I offer my services to you as frequently and for as long as you feel is beneficial, although I will be happy to make recommendations based on your health history.
Note that growth often unfolds in a spiral rather than along the linear path we expect and covet. The therapeutic relationship deepens over time, and the better I know you the more precise and impactful my treatments can be.
Single hour-long sessions are currently $150 (60 minutes), and I offer a discounted package of 5 sessions on request ($140/session) to encourage commitment to the process!
You can also book an extended session (80 minutes) for $190, which is recommended if you'd like an in-depth Tarot reading in addition to bodywork, or if you haven't been in for treatment in over a year.

I am happy to provide a Superbill you can submit directly to your insurance company, or bill as an out-of-network provider if you have ver ified your coverage. I accept HSA/FSA cards as well!
